This blog will be a compilation of recipes, thoughts, and random things.  It will mostly center on food (with an emphasis on recipes) with a splattering of politics and economics.

By the way, "Stellar" doesn't mean that I think my creations are the most wonderful thing in the whole entire world.  But I like stars and I like star clusters and all things stellar, and hence the play on the word "stellar."

I will try to create beautiful things.  Hopefully, you will enjoy them too.
